Save Our South Dragons

Ok.. we all said that we were going to go to the Tigers games in Dragons jerseys this season,i have 2 tickets and me and my mate are going this Wednesday with our Dragons gear on.

Please post here if you are willing to meet up with us there and we can all bag the crap out of the Tigers lol

Well nice to see that and hope you piss them off bad. Know what would be funny handing out save our dragons flyers or something at the game which would really piss them off, I know you wouldnt do it but still would be quite funny.

Great Idea South. I have exams, so probably will miss it, but come 12th November you can put me down for a game. We should organise a date, way ahead of time so that everyone has notice, if we can get enough, we can get a group booking. Which means cheap tickets, and being all together. Would look got on camera.

IF you would like to hand out flyers South, you can we have one that we can send you and you can run a few off at home, happy to pay for some if you want. Would certainly ruff some feathers up. Do it  IF you are brave enough. haha

Australian History

History Revolutions (France and russia)

Economics

Legal Studies

And did International politics last yr.

Nice man what was politics like as I cant take it due to no class but next year for YR 12 im taking nearly all the same subjects as you so hope your exams go well and you get a good score.

Politics was really good. Lucky I did it last year as it didnt run, if you want, let me know what subjects you will be doing next yr and I will send out my notes. Some are pretty decent and Im sure they will help.

English, History (Revolutions France and Russian), Economics, Legal Studies and Methods.

Dont think thats a smart move going and bagging out the Tigers. They've given Wortho a lifeline... Otherwise he may have gone overseas and again we would have lost another one of our great australian players.

I have bought a Tigers membership this year.  As much as it pains me, whether your supporting the Tigers, Wollongong or Gold Coast, you're still supporting Australian basketball.  I WONT be cheering for Tigers, ill be cheering for individual players (ie ex dragons/magic) regardless to which team they're playing for. 

So please dont give dragons supporters a bad name by abusing the Tigers (their own fans do that enough for them). Just make your point by showing up in you dragons gear.

Btw went to Tigers/Gold Coast practice match last weekend, i reckon there were more ex dragons supporters there cheering on Gibbo and Mika than Tigers supporters.

yeah im talking about going their in Dragons gear and supporting the opposition,im not about to get arrested,ok we will make a date later on in season to all meet up..

We do not intend to, or will act like thugs. South Dragons fans, have always been, and will continue to be better than Melbourne Tigers supporters.:D But I do not believe that wortho would not habe stayed if it wasnt for the Tigers. He would have ended up at Cairns if he didnt go, so the Tigers do not get my best wishes there.

I intend to go, to show my support for basketball in general. I think that it is important that we turn up to atleast one or two games to support basketball in general, even though there is no way I could buy a tigers membership. Im am going to Cairns at the end of the year and will be buying a Taipans membership and attending a few games while I am up there as they are my new second team.

All Dragons fans will/ should go in there dragons gear, but i do not expect any of our fans to abuse the Tigers or there players, as I think that, it would be in very bad taste, but when i go to the Cage  I will be supporting the opposition, and Will proudly be wearing my Dragons gear to show my support for my club.

I agree with wemadeourheroesup, lets not give Dragons fans a bad name, but Im sure we already do with those Melbourne Tigers supporters, considering we got that Championship last season.

$10- South got abused or someone made a comment about wearing a Dragons jersey. (cant afford it though)

Tigers had no Pre-Game show or entertainment and the cheer leaders are beyond average in both ways lol

Crap routines and looks.

Refs are taking the zero tolerance on back chat and coach's seriously as well.(look out westover)

Man o Man Wortho is a gun he won that game for the Tigers.

My mate and i wore Dragons uniforms,there was a couple there with Dragons singlets on as well looked young like 17-18,one Tigers girl said why wear that here i replied we coming back and a guy said something to my mate which he just ignored,mostly looks of feeling sorry for us i think.

Pretty depressing but i cheered for Penny and The Bear.
