Former Dragons co-owner, Raphael Geminder, is set to join the Carlton Football Club board:

Raphael Geminder, who is married to Richard Pratt's daughter Fiona and runs Visy's industrial packaging division, is expected to join Carlton's board early next year - strengthening the ties between the Pratt family and the club that his father-in-law dragged out of a financial mire when he became president in 2007.

Geminder, who was co-owner of the former National Basketball League team the South Dragons, is understood to have accepted an invitation to join the Carlton board, shoring up the relationship between one of Australia's richest families and the Blues.
